Service from 10am to 12pm

Gelato, sorbets and chocolate to lose your mind! All these products come from the Manufacture de Glace and Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse. The chef, has come up with some amazing recipes: the famous Peruvian chocolate soufflé, the reinterpretation of the famous Colonel frozen cocktail or the vanilla gelato “drowned” in coffee (from the Manufacture de Café Alain Ducasse & 1895 Coffee Designers, of course).
